My clients deserve to find the right people for their companies' success stories to become true. Bespoken advisory despite checklists, that is my angle. That said, engaging with the personality behind the persons CVs throughout the entire process is my openly secret of success.

Of course the beginning is to learn about my clients company, get an impression of its management and employees and inhale a decent breath of its culture. Rather than applying career templates I aim to make any aspirant trustful to experience my clients company as a new, exciting and reliable part of his/her life.

It is my conviction that by focussing all participants of the human resource process on personalities rather than functions, charts and allowances is one of the major differences, which gives new appointees the issue-free start the deserve.

This may be exhausting, it for sure is demanding, but it delivers the most important result: Everybody feels to know each other in a decently positive different way, from the start. And that is what I aim for. Because success stories need personalities with a will to succeed, their biographies prove of determination, and a character which seeks and delivers ownership.

PHILOSOPHY & PROFESSION


I am a strong believer that is possible to create environments which comfort people. Environments to such people look forward to in the morning, in wich they perform enthusiastically and at the end of day leave them with pride, fulfilment and a sense of meaningfulness. These are environments, employees want to return to the next day. These environments become a major responsibility from a leadership perspective.

That is what I observe, this is what experience taught me. Thus, this corporation cultureI is what I strive for personally. Where necessary, I fight for it.

Because it needs an outstanding leader to create this environment from within. To find and truly welcome such outstanding characters is - in my opinion - the foremost obligation of any board member and owner. Finding them on behalf and in support of the board or owner is my motivation, proud obligation and my mission, by heart.

In my experience, only (self-)reflective personalities will have a lasting impact rather than just functioning. This is because they know what needs to be done, how to lead. These are the long-term successful leaders any corporation seeks to hire.

Because these personalities shape the company based on their selfless degree of responsibility, they grant all the credit to their teams, the silently offer their own efforts. Such is the attitude of outstanding executives which make a difference and provide guidance.

Again: Finding these personalities is what I seek to provide my clients with. Time has no say in this - it takes as along as it takes, until it is done.
