Enhancement is no coaching. It is a targeted and bespoken process to strengthen, sharpen, and readjusting personal and professional orientation.

My work seeks to enhance personalities even more, who already are proven executives and highly achieved leaders and entrepreneurs. For them engaging in this enhancement process will be an all out path to improve, refine, clarify and strengthen themselves. My clients are already familiar with self-management techniques and approaches. Hence we do not chew on problems, but solely focus on solutions, improvement and establishing an even stronger attitude.

Thanks of time as a human resources manager and the hard and successfully earned knowledge of a great variety of human-resource-related requirements of success as a headhunter, I have the needed prove of competence to recognise any given, but more important any missing piece of excellence for my clients to further succeed.
